DIVERT 2.0

DIVERT is a sophisticated VANET simulator, developed mainly by Luís Damas, designed for large-scale evaluation of VANET communication protocols and applications. DIVERT 2.0 is perfoming a major redesign of the previous version, aiming at a modular decomposition of the framework into the following components:

• Traffic simulator
• Network simulator
• Visualization component
• Application components

The DIVERT framework is developed as an open-source project, which will soon be available for download to the scientific community.
